Calathea zebrina

The zebra plant owes its name to its beautiful leaves. They are ovoid with light green and dark green stripes. The stripe combination is reminiscent of a zebra, therefore the name. The plant loves water, make sure the soil remains moist. It is better to give the plant regular small quantities instead of 1 large quantity. In nature, this plant grows under the shade from above, so it can perfectly stand in a shady spot in the room.
